Book Fight!

 

Two of our editors, Mike Ingram and Tom McAllister, have launched a weekly podcast. Book Fight aims to capture the conversations writers have about books when they think no one’s listening: funny, passionate, sometimes contentious, and always honest.

 

Every other week, Mike and Tom read a book and discuss it, either by themselves or with a guest. Though you don’t need to read the book to enjoy the conversation. Recent guests include Stewart O’Nan, Owen King, Paul Lisicky, and our very own Dave Housley and Katherine Hill.

 

In between full episodes, Mike and Tom record briefer shows called Writers Ask, in which they field your questions about writing, publishing, and, for lack of a better term, “the writing life.” If you have questions you want answered, you can email them at bookfightpod(at)gmail(dot)com, or hit them up on Twitter, @Book_Fight, using the hashtag #WritersAsk.
